GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CAMPER RENTAL

The XCampers brand and XCampers.bg website are owned by "Hristov Invest Group" EOOD

1. DEFINITIONS AND GENERAL PROVISIONS:

1.1. Definitions:

"Lessor" - "Hristov Invest Group" EOOD, UIC: 208149927, with registered office and management address: Pleven, "Angel Kanchev" str. №14, registered under VAT Act;
"Lessee" - individual or legal entity that rents a vehicle from the Lessor;
"Camper" - specially equipped motor vehicle for habitation, subject of the rental agreement;
"Rental Period" - the period from handover to return of the camper, specified in the contract;
"General Terms" - this document, which regulates the legal relationship between the parties and has the force of contract between them.

The legal relationship between the parties is governed by Bulgarian legislation. In case of discrepancy between the General Terms and the individual rental agreement, priority is given to
the contract clauses. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if impossible - by
the competent Bulgarian court.

2. RESERVATIONS AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION

2.1. Making a reservation:

Reservations are accepted through:

Online platform at www.XCampers.bg;
Phone contact with a representative of the Lessor;
Email at office@xcampers.bg.

2.2. Confirmation and contract conclusion:

After confirmation of availability by the Lessor, the Lessee has 24 hours to conclude a contract and advance payment of 40% of the rental price;
The contract is considered concluded after signing and after payment of the advance payment;
The confirmed reservation becomes binding and unchangeable, except with written consent of the Lessor.

2.3. Required documents:

When concluding a contract: Valid ID card or passport (with validity period minimum 3 months after the end of the rental period);
Valid driving license for motor vehicles Category B;
For foreign citizens - international driving license or legalized translation of driving license from their country.

2.4. Deadlines:

Within 14 days before the start of the rental, the remaining payment of the full amount and provision of all Documents must be made.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

3.1. The rental price includes:

Technically sound and professionally cleaned and disinfected camper;
"Civil Liability" and "Comprehensive Insurance" insurances;
Road assistance on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria;
Valid vignette for the republican road network in the Republic of Bulgaria;
Full fuel tank;
Full gas cylinder;
Standard equipment and consumables, described in bilateral Handover Protocol;
Unlimited mileage;
Safety operation instruction.

3.2. Payment methods:

Acceptable methods:

Bank transfer (bank transaction fees are at the Lessee's expense);
Online payment with debit and credit card;
Card payment (Visa, Mastercard) through POS terminal on-site at XCampers base. In this case, an additional fee of 1.5% of the amount is charged.

NOTE! "Hristov Invest Group" EOOD DOES NOT ACCEPT cash payments.

3.3. Payment schedule

Upon reservation: 40% advance payment within 24 hours;
Up to 14 days before rental: remainder of the rental price;
Upon pickup: security deposit of 1500 to 2000 BGN.

4. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND RESERVATION CHANGES

4.1. Cancellation by the Lessor:

The Lessor has the right to cancel the reservation in case of:

Non-compliance with payment deadlines;
Providing invalid or incorrect documents;
Expiring documents within 3 months from the end of rental;
Non-compliance with deadlines for providing necessary documents.

In case of cancellation due to Lessee's fault, paid amounts are NOT refunded!

4.2. Cancellation by the Lessee:

Over 45 days before rental date: full refund of advance payment;
44-31 days: refund of 75% of advance payment;
30-15 days: refund of 50% of advance payment;
Under 14 days - no refund of prepaid amount.

4.3. Reservation changes:

Changes are allowed only with written consent of the Lessor and subject to availability for the requested period after correction.

5. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

5.1. Age and qualification requirements:

Age: between 23 and 70 years;
Minimum 3 years active driving experience;
Valid Category B driving license;
No current penalties for serious traffic violations.

5.2. Additional drivers:

Fee for additional driver: 50 BGN for the entire period;
Maximum 3 additional drivers.

5.3. Medical and legal restrictions:

Drivers are obliged to declare all medical or legal restrictions for driving
motor vehicles.

6. CAMPER HANDOVER AND RETURN

6.1. Place and time:

Address: Gabrovo, North Industrial Zone, "General Nikolov" str. №23, or at a pre-agreed location where the camper will be delivered by a representative of the Lessor.

Handover: 09:00-16:00 h. on the agreed day.

Return: by 16:00 h. on the last day of rental

Delivery/return to another address: the camper can be rented and/or returned to the Lessor at an address specified by the Lessee after payment of a fee of 2.50 BGN/km from the address specified in 6.1. of XCampers.bg in Gabrovo.

6.2. Handover procedure

Document verification in original;
Detailed inspection and signing of handover protocol;
Detailed instruction (minimum 45 minutes);
Handover of keys and documents.

6.3. Delay in return:

Until 19:00 h. on the return day according to contract: 60 BGN/hour;
After 19:00 h. on the return day: full daily rate + 200 BGN penalty;
Return on the next day: additional daily rate + 300 BGN penalty.
For delay over 24 hours without notification: activation of procedures for unlawful appropriation of property.

7. SECURITY DEPOSIT

7.1. Amount and payment:

Standard deposit: 1500 BGN
For drivers under 25, over 65, or with driving experience under 5 years - 2000 BGN.

Paid upon pickup of the camper

7.2. Refund conditions

The deposit is refunded within 7 days upon return of the rented camper:

Without damage and missing items;
With full fuel tank;
With cleaned toilet, toilet cassette and waste water tank;
With basically cleaned interior;
With available and functional standard and additionally rented equipment according to Handover Protocol.

7.3. Deductions from deposit:

The Lessor has the right to withhold amounts for:

Repair of damages;
Missing or damaged equipment;
Additional cleaning;
Fines and sanctions from the rental period;
Other expenses due to Lessee's fault.

In case of damage to the vehicle and/or basic and/or additionally rented equipment, the Lessor retains the security deposit until elimination of damages, deficiencies and repairs, after which refunds to the Lessee any remaining amount. In case the deposit is insufficient to cover the damages to the Lessor's property, the Lessee undertakes to cover the remainder of the amount for restoration of the damages.

8. ADDITIONAL FEES AND SANCTIONS

8.1. Cleaning and hygiene:

Uncleaned toilet cassette: 200 BGN;
Unemptied waste water tank: 50 BGN;
Heavily soiled interior: 250 BGN;
Smell and/or traces of smoking: 1500 BGN;
Traces of pets (without explicit prior permission): 300 BGN.

8.2. Technical malfunctions:

Incomplete fuel tank: 3 BGN/liter + 50 BGN fee;
For irreparably damaged tire: 150 BGN + tire cost;
Lost keys: 500 BGN;
Lost documents: 300 BGN + costs for their restoration.

8.3. Contract violations:

Smoking in the camper: 1500 BGN
Towing or allowing towing: 2000 BGN;
Participation in competitions and/or tests or transportation of prohibited goods and substances: 1500 BGN + covering all possible consequences.
Unauthorized departure from EU: 1000 BGN + covering all possible consequences.

9. INSURANCE AND LIABILITIES

9.1. Included insurances:

"Civil Liability" (CL): minimum limits by law;
"Comprehensive Insurance" full coverage with 2% deductible (min. 500 BGN);
24/7 road assistance on Bulgarian territory.

9.2. Exclusions from insurance coverage:

The Lessee bears full responsibility for:

Damages from non-compliance with dimensions (height, width);
Damages when driving under the influence;
Intentional damages;
Damages to accessories (awning, roof racks, solar panels, etc.);
Damages from improper operation.

10. BEHAVIOR IN CASE OF INCIDENTS AND DAMAGES

10.1. In case of traffic accident:

1. Immediate notification of police;
2. Waiting and assistance for protocol;
3. Notification of Lessor at tel. +359 876 172 679;
4. Collecting data of participants and witnesses;
5. Photo documentation;

10.2. In case of technical malfunction:

1. Immediate stop at safe location;
2. Contact Lessor at tel. +359 876 172 679;
3. Following Lessor's instructions;
4. Keeping all expense documents.

11. SPECIAL PROHIBITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:

11.1. Absolute prohibitions:

Smoking and use of narcotic substances;
Towing or allowing towing;
Transportation of flammable/explosive materials;
Transportation of illegal passengers and/or substances;
Participation in competitions or tests;
Subletting to third parties.

11.2. Operation restrictions:

Maximum speed: recommended according to limitations;
Roads: only paved, part of the republican road network of the respective country, except with written permission;
Countries: only within EU with prior notification of the Lessor.

11.3. Maintenance obligations:

The Lessee is obliged to periodically check:

Oil and coolant levels;
Tire pressure;
Light functionality;
General technical condition of the vehicle.

12. PARTY RESPONSIBILITIES

12.1. The Lessor guarantees:

Technical soundness upon handover;
Valid documents and insurances;
Valid vignette for Bulgarian territory;
Complete equipment according to contract.

12.2. The Lessee commits to:

Care of a good owner;
Compliance with all contract provisions and applicable legislation;
Financial responsibility for violations;
Joint responsibility for multiple lessees.
